This policy applies only to customers ordering from Sainted Streets Clothing for delivery

to an address within the European Union. It does not apply to customers in the United

States, United Kingdom, or any other country outside the EU.  Your Right to Cancel If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

 

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can: Use the withdrawal form below, or send a clear written statement to support@saintedstreetsclothing.com stating your decision to withdraw, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

If you contact us electronically, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay, confirming the date and time we received your request. Returning Your Items If you withdraw from this contract, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. The return address and instructions will be provided when you submit your withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.Refunds We will refund the price you paid for the item(s), including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or you providing proof that you have sent the goods back to us — whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition (e.g., tags removed, worn outside, signs of use), we may deduct an amount reflecting that reduced value from your refund.

 

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

*Made-to-order or personalized/customized items

*Items that have been worn, washed, or altered beyond trying them on as you would in a store
